how it works

Each event includes on-site, real-time custom embroidery for guests, featuring a curated flash sheet of pre-selected designs or fonts. Guests can choose their preferred style, and Joy will embroider it live during your event.

  • Each embroidery takes about ~3 minutes per item

  • Fonts are typically capped at 8–10 characters for best results

  • Includes one thread color choice for attendees

  • Perfect for weddings, brand activations, pop-ups, corporate events, and private celebrations

base fee

$150 / hr

(2-hour minimum)

  • (1) Thread color option for attendees

add-on options

Enhance your guest experience or expand capacity with add-ons designed to match your event size and needs.

professional branding — $50+

Includes co-branded embroidered signage featuring your event name or company logo, styled to match your event aesthetic. Pre-Embroidery services available for product provided prior to event.

digitized logo / design — $25

Want to add your logo or a custom artwork option to your event’s flash sheet? We’ll digitize it and prep it for embroidery in advance.

additional machine — $200

Ideal for larger or shorter events where you want more guests to participate. Includes (2) thread colors and a second embroidery station setup.

extra thread colors — $10/each

Offer your guests additional thread color choices.

Note: More thread colors will reduce the total number of embroideries possible within your booked time.

table & set-up— $30

Patch of Joy provides a complete setup, including table, chair, and linens. Our team handles full setup and breakdown before and after your event.

If your venue doesn’t provide reliable power, Patch of Joy can bring a small portable electric generator to meet all embroidery equipment needs.

booking details

  • Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit due at contract signing to reserve your event date

  • Final Payment: Remaining balance due 14 days before your event date

  • Travel: Based in Phoenix, AZ — available for local and regional events (travel fees may apply for events outside Phoenix Metro)
