Booking Includes:

  • (1) Live Embroidery Joytender™

  • (1) Thread color & digital embroidery machine

  • Curated design menu (flash sheet and/or fonts for lettering)

Capacity Guidelines:

  • Average of 2–8 minutes per item

  • Most lettering options are capped at 5-10 characters

  • Output varies based on item type and design complexity

Material & Item Considerations:

  • Not all fabrics are embroidery-friendly (silk, thin stretch fabrics, and delicate materials may require review)

  • Client-provided items must be approved in advance

  • Structured items (hats, sleeves, thick seams) may limit placement options

Joytenders™ are independent creative professionals contracted through Patch of Joy to provide live personalization services.

How It Works

  • Step 1 – Book Your Joytender™

    Submit your event details with a booking request to confirm your Joytender™ ‘s availability and any pre-joy services.

  • Step 2 – Customize Your Experience

    If you need pre-joy services or product sourcing, Patch of Joy will follow up with custom add-on pricing.

    Pay a 50% booking deposit once final details are confirmed.

  • Step 3 – We Bring the Joy

    Your final invoice is due 14 days prior to your event date to confirm your booking and production timeline.
