Live Engraving Service Details

$200/hr | 2 hr min.

Booking Includes:

  • (1) Live Engraving Joytender™

  • (1) Digital Laser Engraving Machine
    (file setup and equipment included)

  • Curated design menu (approved fonts and/or initials for personalization)

Capacity Guidelines:

  • Average of 1–3 minutes per item

  • Most lettering options are capped at 6–10 characters

  • Output varies based on material type and design complexity

  • Simple initials or short names allow for higher guest volume

Material & Item Considerations:

  • Not all materials are engraving-friendly (soft rubber, thin plastics, or highly reflective surfaces may require review)

  • Best results are achieved on leather, coated leather, wood, acrylic, and select metals

  • Client-provided items must be approved in advance

  • Curved or uneven surfaces may limit placement options

  • Due to the permanent nature of engraving, final placement is confirmed prior to engraving

Joytenders™ are independent creative professionals contracted through Patch of Joy to provide live personalization services.

How It Works

  • Step 1 – Book Your Joytender™

    Submit your event details with a booking request to confirm your Joytender™ ‘s availability and any pre-joy services.

  • Step 2 – Customize Your Experience

    If you need pre-joy services or product sourcing, Patch of Joy will follow up with custom add-on pricing.

    Pay a 50% booking deposit once final details are confirmed.

  • Step 3 – We Bring the Joy

    Your final invoice is due 14 days prior to your event date to confirm your booking and production timeline.

    Your Joytender™ arrives ready to create unforgettable, personalized moments for your guests.
