Pre-Joy services allow customization to begin before your event — making it easier to manage high-volume guest lists, detailed designs, and tight event timelines.
WHAT ARE PRE-JOY SERVICES?
Pre-Joy services refer to any embroidery or heat-pressed customization completed prior to your event by the Patch of Joy production team.
These services are designed to complement Live Joytender Services by reducing on-site production time and ensuring complex or high-volume customizations are ready in advance.
Think of Pre-Joy as the behind-the-scenes prep that makes your live Joytender™ experience smoother and more scalable.
WHEN PRE-JOY SERVICES ARE A GOOD FIT?
Pre-Joy services are especially helpful when:
Your event has a large guest count
You’re working with detailed or multi-color designs
You need branded items prepped ahead of time
Your event timeline is tight and live customization needs to be streamlined
Guests will receive items immediately upon arrival
In these scenarios, Pre-Joy allows your Joytender™ to focus on light personalization or finishing touches during the event — while the heavier production work is completed in advance.
WHAT CAN BE DONE IN ADVANCE?
Examples of Pre-Joy services include:
Pre-embroidered logos or event branding
Pre-heat pressed vinyl designs
Base designs completed in advance, with names or initials added live
Fully completed customized items prepared for on-site distribution
Pre-Joy services can be used in combination with Live Joytender™ Services or as part of a fully pre-produced gifting experience for your guests.
HOW PRODUCTS ARE HANDLED
If you don’t already have items to customize, Patch of Joy can assist with sourcing products as part of your Pre-Joy scope.
Products are sourced per project based on your aesthetic, budget, and quantity needs. Patch of Joy does not carry pre-made inventory — all items are procured specifically for each event or project.
For events with Live Joytender™ Services, pre-customized items are shipped directly to your assigned Joytender™ ahead of your event, ready for on-site use.
HOW PRE-JOY FITS INTO YOUR BOOKING
Pre-Joy services are not booked on their own through this page. They are selected and scoped after you book your Joytender, as part of customizing your event experience.
