WHAT ARE CUSTOM JOY SERVICES?
Custom Joy Services are Patch of Joy’s standalone production services for embroidery and heat pressed vinyl — without a live Joytender™ activation.
These services are ideal for clients who want personalized or branded items produced and shipped directly to them, without hosting an event or requiring on-site customization.
Custom Joy Services are available for select, small-batch projects. Large-scale production may be referred to manufacturing partners.
WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED?
Depending on your project, Custom Joy Services may include:
Custom embroidery (logos, names, small designs)
Heat pressed vinyl designs
Branded apparel or accessories
Small-batch merch for businesses or teams
Custom gifts or keepsakes
Each project is scoped individually based on design complexity, quantity, and timeline.
PRODUCT SOURCING (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)
If you don’t already have products to customize, Patch of Joy can assist with sourcing items for your Custom Joy order.
Products are procured specifically for your project based on your aesthetic, budget, and quantity needs. Patch of Joy does not carry pre-made inventory.
Clients may also ship their own blank items to Patch of Joy for customization.
TIMING & TURNAROUND
Production timelines vary depending on order size, design complexity, and whether products need to be sourced.
Turnaround begins once:
Products are received (if client-provided), and
Final artwork is approved.
We recommend reaching out early to allow sufficient production time, especially for larger orders.
