A Joytender™ will provide live, on-site customization services — including embroidery and heat pressed vinyl — for weddings, corporate events, pop-ups, and private celebrations.

A Joytender™ is an independent creative booked through the Patch of Joy platform. Patch of Joy manages booking, coordination, and fulfillment support.


Pricing

$150/hour | 2-hour min.

Includes:

  • (1) Joytender™ for live customization

  • On-site setup & breakdown

  • Curated design menu (flash sheet and/or fonts)

  • Standard equipment and supplies for live service

Capacity Guidelines (for planning):

  • Average of 2–5 minutes per item

  • Most lettering options are capped at 5-8 characters

  • Output varies based on item type and design complexity

These services are available separately by custom quote and coordinated by Patch of Joy. If selected, all products and pre-joy services are handled in advance and shipped to your Joytender™ ready for your event.


How Booking Works

Book Your Joytender™

Submit your event details and secure your date with a booking deposit for live Joytender™ services.

Add Extra Joy

If you need pre-joy services or product sourcing, Patch of Joy will follow up with custom options and pricing.

Final Invoice & Confirmation

Your final invoice (remaining Joytender™ balance + any add-ons) is due prior to your event date to confirm your booking and production timeline.

A Joytender™ focuses on delivering live joy at your event. All production, sourcing, and pre-event services are managed directly by Patch of Joy.


Event Requirements

To ensure a smooth experience, the event space must provide:

  • A standard table and chair (unless setup add-on is discussed & confirmed)

  • Access to power (or request generator add-on if possible, depending on Joytender™)

  • A safe, covered area is needed for equipment (for outdoor events)
